Simply Done
$100
For those of us that want to stay in one destination soaking up the sun and relaxing, with a few tours scattered in, or maybe you are looking for a cruise that will take you to several ports. We build the full itinerary based on your travel style, wants, needs and budget. These trips usually take us about 10 hours to build. Should be planned 6-12 months out from departure date, but can be booked as early as 1 month in advance.
Exploring the Region
$300
When we are looking to explore the region a little more fully. No one wants to spend 12 or more hours on a plane and only see one location. We include everything from transfers, hotel accommodations, trains and tours. We can accommodate several travel styles from comfort to luxury. This service is for those looking to travel to multiple destinations. We build the full itinerary based on your travel style, wants, needs and budget. We also build a smart phone app so you can follow your itinerary without needing to have all of your pages printed. These trips take anywhere from 40-80 hours to build. Should start planning 12-14 months in advance but can be booked 6 months in advance.
Group Travel
$500
Whether it’s your family, friends or a combination of both, sometimes travel is more fun in a group. Groups of 8 rooms/cabins or more fall under this service bracket. We make sure that all of you will be able to stay in the same hotel and have the same travel itinerary with minor changes needed to fit each individual. Hotels, resorts and cruise ships often want a group contract at 8 rooms or more, so we will go over the contract, negotiating a rate where we can and making sure the terms of the contract are understood by the lead traveler, and put reminders in place to keep the group on track. We also build a smart phone app so everyone knows where and when to be there. These trips take 80-120 hours to build. Should be planned 12-18 months in advance, but can be booked 6 months in advance.
Destination Wedding
$500
Sometimes our special occasions need a little more exotic to them. Whether you are looking for a place to be married or a vow renewal, we can help. We have several connections with amazing resorts. We help you narrow down the resort you want your wedding at, based on what you tell us you are looking for and your budget. Once we narrow down your resort we check if your date is available and negotiate a contract for you blocking out the number of rooms you need and the room categories that you want. When applicable we will also introduce you to the wedding coordinator that will go over your wedding details. At time to travel we build a smartphone app so your guests know where they are supposed to be and when. These trips take 90-150 hours to build. Should be planned 12-18 months in advance, but can be booked 12 months in advance depending on date and room availability.

Why we do what we do
We love traveling to new places, seeing the different architectures, learning the different histories, talking with the people and trying new foods. Both of us have traveled extensively but still with each new destination that we go, we learn so much! Whether it’s a new spot you’ve got to check out, or a hidden gem we never knew about, we gather up all of the information and share our knowledge with you. However, the world is big and we can’t possibly know every location inside and out, the beautiful thing is that through our connections we have access to people that live there in the location you want to travel to. They help us out with knowing those little secrets so we can share them with you. Why would we tell you we don’t know everything? Well, we believe in honesty and integrity. When we don’t know something we will tell you, and we will work tirelessly to find out. We can book every type of travel and are excited to help make your dream come true! How we work
After a phone consultation where we’ve learned more about you, your travel style and what you are dreaming of, we will let you know what package your travel falls under and how to pay. Then we will begin to build an itinerary based off of the details you’ve given us. Once you’ve approved the itinerary and are ready to deposit, we get you booked! The best part is you can make payments leading up to your final payment date. When the day of travel comes, we are there for you working in the background.
